My heart kinda hurts to have to shut my shop for a vacation during this busy holiday season - BUT - with the impact of the Canada Post strike, and the extreme backlog of mail in the system, shipping is taking too long. It's completely out of my hands the moment I drop your package off at the post office. But each day I get emails asking where their package is. And the short answer is, I don't know, and I don't know why its taking so long or when it will show up.
I am still creating. And happy to send out orders any time. As long as you fully understand that I'm not sure how long shipping will take - or you can opt in for express shipping through UPS at an additional charge - or upgrade to express post through Canada Post which is moving faster than regular mail, still not guaranteed.
